All up, we're a team of 11, however a lot of the team work remotely from around Australia, US & UK. The below job opportunities are for Sydney based humans only (however regarding the BDM role, if you happen to be in LA, NY or Melbourne we'd be open to having our arms twisted).

Part-Time Business Development Manager

 

Collabosaurus is the matchmaking platform for brands. We connect over 6500+ brands such as ASOS, Sofitel, Kleenex, Olay, Bangn Body & Tropeaka for clever marketing partnerships & collaborations. We are a small & growing team on the lookout for a motivated, vibrant BDM to join us a few days a week in our Sydney CBD office.

The Role

 

As BDM, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building positive relationships & presenting Collabosaurus solutions relevant to their marketing goals. You will be working across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food & beverage industries, reporting to the Founder & CEO, with a 70/30 split when it comes to engaging cool prospects & warm inbound inquiries. You have a hustler attitude & positivity in spades - plus, you’ve worked in a business development role before.

The Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for growth & new client acquisition
  • Maintain an acute awareness of Collabosaurus existing clients to both increase the value of current clients while attracting new ones
  • Develop quotes & proposals for clients
  • Excellent organisational skills, keeping on top of emails, CRM updates & time sensitive opportunities
  • Regularly hit or exceed sales targets
Your Experience
  • Experience in sales, marketing, partnerships or related field with proven track record
  • Comfortable using popular new & existing computer softwares 
  • Experience working in B2B a bonus, especially within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food & beverage industries.

Part-Time Customer Success & Account Manager [Applications Closed]

 

Collabosaurus is the matchmaking platform for brands. We connect over 6500+ brands such as ASOS, Sofitel, Kleenex, Olay, Bangn Body & Tropeaka for clever marketing partnerships & collaborations. We are a small & growing team on the lookout for a part-time Customer Success & Account Manager to join us in our Sydney CBD office three days per week.

The Role

 

The Customer Success & Account Manager ensures Collabosaurus users (both paid and unpaid) are set up for success, engaged with, supported with their account and ultimately become long term customers. This role requires strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with key customer (and potential customer) contacts.

The Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond quickly to inbound inquiries via email, phone & Zoom
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively and proactively
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products & value propositions
  • Produce a weekly & monthly report on key business metrics & growth for Collabosaurus WIP meetings
  • Produce monthly account reports for key client accounts
  • Maintain or improve retention rates month on month
  • Assist with administrative tasks & bringing the odd event or workshop to life
  • Basic content creation for the blog & social media
  • Identify prospects via new signups & social media activity

 

Your Experience
  • You’re confident in customer communication & handling (experienced with phone calls, email manner & Zoom/Google Hangouts meetings)
  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • You are incredibly organised (i.e inbox 0 is a priority)
  • You have exposure to tools such as Google Drive, Zoom,  Excel, Sked, Canva, Convertkit, Google Analytics or similar
  • Your a sucker for detail, spelling & grammar to the point you picked up the spelling mistake in this line (ha!)
  • You’re interested in learning new things 

Bonus points if you…

  • Have worked with client accounts or within a digital / marketing / PR agency before
  • Have an eye for photography / design 
  • Have an understanding of major social media platforms
  • Have awesome writing skills - nothing fancy, but the ability to write a killer social media caption, or editing a marketing email is fabulous
