We're on the hunt to fill a Sydney based Customer Success role at Collabosaurus! Super flexible, only 5hrs per week (you'll be able to work from home, with half a day each week in the Sydney office).
Customer success is an important role within the small Collabosaurus team. It is a priority that our (amazing) customers, existing and potential, have a great experience with the Collabosaurus brand and team.
You will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. This role requires a self motivated individual who is willing to learn (particularly new tech products), interested in working flexibly, and loves helping people.
You won't need a tonne of experience, but a really positive attitude is essential, as well as the ability to pick up tech products quickly (we LOVE tech).

Also, you MUST be able to write a good, to-the-point email. This is a MUST.
This role involves video welcome messages to clients, the odd appearance on Instagram and taking occasional phone calls (we hope that doesn't bother you too much!)
